Coronavirus Covid-19: Important information on refund policy
The safety, security and good health of our guests and employees is our highest priority.
Our lodgin is monitoring on an ongoing basis international and national commands relating to the latest advice and guidance on COVID-19 (coronavirus).
At the moment several foreign governments have banned flights as well as the operation of accommodations. EU has also banned the entry of non-EU citizens in its member states. Additionally, the Greek Government has decided to ban the operation of accommodation services starting from 22.03.2020 until 30.04.2020. All the above don’t allow neither you nor us to proceed with your booking as initially intended.
Our refund policy – being in line with that of accommodations and airlines worldwide- reflects our concern and intention to provide you with the services agreed once this is again possible for both parties involved.
Therefore, for all bookings related to stays between March 17th 2020 and April 30th 2020 we are providing a refund in the form of credit for a period ending on October 2021. Our hotel monitors developments and shall update the dates of affected reservations based on national and international measures and mandates.
If you have booked your stay through an intermediary platform, please proceed with cancelling your booking and contact our Company directly to claim your voucher. Our staff monitors cancellation requests received from booking platforms so a member of our staff will soon communicate with you to provide the voucher and any further clarifications or instructions you may request.
Cancellation fees as well as booking alteration fees shall be waived. Terms and conditions shall apply to bookings made while using vouchers. Only if there is a difference in prices between the old and the new stay, will the guest have to pay this exact difference.
